The two-day MRAPDC, 2023 commenced on 27th and 28th May, 2023 in Moti Ram Arya Sr. Sec.Model School, Chandigarh . It was joint effort and in collaboration with The Informative Initiative company owned two self-driven and highly dedicated two boys, Mr. Pranav Joshi and Mr. Siddarth Sharma, students from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. As many as 36 + teams ne 120 participants took part in the competition from across the North region and there were 30+ well credited Adjudicators around India.

On the day - 1 of MRAPDC, the chief guest and guest of honour was Former Army Chief, General VP Malik and Ex - IAS Officer and TEDx speaker, Vivek Atray graced the event. They gave their valuable thoughts and shared their life experiences with the youth present in the auditorium. There were multiple cultural events there in which Bharat Gupta performed an exceptionally jaw dropping classical dance performance under the guidance of Rahul Gupta and Nandini Gupta which was highly appreciated by the dignitaries of the day.

The Day - 2 of MRAPDC was graced by Chief Guest, Major Priya Jhingan (Indian Army Officer bad Lady Cadel No. 1) and Guest of Honour, Margarat Singh Punj (IELTS Coach and motivational speaker).

The Saraswati Vandana Dance performance and Western Dance captured the attention of the audience. The thrilling beats of Punjabi folk dance, Bhangra made the event a successful one.

The final debate was on the topic, “This house regrets considering greed as immoral ”, witnessed extensive opinions from finalists.

The winner of the competition was Dada’s Ravioli’s Team (Hiranya, Mehar and Kushagra) and it was declared by the founder of the informative initiative and Punjab Engineering College Student, Mr. Pranav Joshi along with Principal Dr. Seema Biji and Guest of Honour of Day - 2 , Margaret Singh Punj and Chief Guest , Major Priya Jhingan and managing committee of MRA.. The best speaker of the competition was awarded to Moesha Jain from Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh.

Congratulating the winners at a prize distribution ceremony, School principal Dr. Seema Biji said that, “The students have put in the best of their efforts in these two days by sharing their views on the topics of prime relevance today. If the youth holds such positive views, then the nation is going to prosper to greater heights and the students will surely have promising future ahead .”
