Parental love is the only love that is truly selfless, unconditional and forgiving' On 20th of May MRA Sr Sec Model School, Sector 27 A , Chandigarh celebrated Parents' Day to honour parents and celebrate their important role in our lives. The day began with Saraswati Vandana to invoke God's blessing.

Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur , Headmistress of the school, in her short but expressive and significant speech appreciated the students, parents and staff and encouraged them to be motivators of their wards to build a better society. Children put up a beautiful programme to show their love and gratitude for their beloved parents through songs, dances, Street play, Fashion show and rhymes. The parents were reminded of their commitment, responsibilities and unconditional love towards their children. Some interesting games were also organised for the parents.The programme was concluded with the National Anthem.
