On November 28,2024 Moti Ram Arya Sr. Sec. Model School, Chandigarh celebrated Sports day.

 

The Little Steps Junior Wing of Moti Ram Arya Sr. Sec. Model School, Chandigarh, recently celebrated its much-anticipated Sports Day, a vibrant event filled with excitement, laughter, and friendly competition. Under the able guidance of Headmistress Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur, the young students showcased their enthusiasm and energy through a series of engaging games and activities.

 

A variety of fun-filled games were organized, including the exhilarating balloon bursting race, the amusing frog race, and the challenging pyramid race. Each game was designed to promote teamwork, coordination, and physical fitness while ensuring that the children had a blast. The little kids participated with great zeal, displaying remarkable skills and a competitive spirit that left everyone in awe.

 

Director of the school, Mrs. Rachna Mahajan, graced the occasion with her presence and delivered an inspiring speech. She emphasized the importance of physical activity in a child's development and encouraged the students to spend more time playing outdoors. 

The Principal, Dr. Seema Biji addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech that set the tone for the day. She emphasized the importance of sports in fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience among students.

 

As the day progressed, the children not only enjoyed the thrill of competition but also learned valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. 

 

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where every participant was recognized for their efforts, ensuring that each child felt celebrated.
