A Centennial Celebration to Remember: Moti Ram Arya Senior Secondary Model School's 100-Year Milestone

Moti Ram Arya Senior Secondary Model School celebrated 100 years of educational excellence with an inspiring two-day event on October 25 and 26, 2024. This centennial celebration was a testament to the school’s remarkable journey, honoring its legacy while showcasing the talents and creativity of its students and staff.

The celebrations commenced with an inaugural ceremony graced by Chief Guest SSP Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur and Major A.H. Chauhan. Among the standout moments was the school’s special play, "From Roots to Wings," a theatrical production that beautifully depicted the institution’s 100-year journey—from its founding to its current status as a model institution. The play captured pivotal milestones and significant achievements, providing the audience with an emotional glimpse into the school’s rich history.

On the second day, the event was honored by Chief Guest Mr. Vivek Atray, IAS and Motivational Speaker, and PEC Director Mr. Rajesh Kumar, whose inspiring speeches highlighted the school’s commitment to resilience, leadership, and community values.

The event was further enriched by the presence of President Mr. Anil Mahajan, whose guidance has been instrumental in shaping the institution's legacy. Director Ms. Rachna Mahajan was lauded for her visionary leadership, which has played a key role in driving the school’s innovative initiatives and educational excellence. Principal Dr. Seema Biji of the senior school, along with Principal Dr. Ritu Mago of the Chandigarh branch, and Headmistress Ms. Ramandeep Kaur were also acknowledged for their dedication to upholding the school’s values and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
